Yes. SyncIn uses OAuth2 authentication, end-to-end encryption, and Supabase row-level security. We never store your messaging credentials. We connect through a secure API and your CRM tokens are encrypted at rest and never shared.
You choose. In "Business Only" mode, SyncIn only logs messages with contacts already in your CRM. In "All Messages" mode, every conversation is logged and new contacts are created automatically. You can switch modes anytime from your dashboard.
In "All Messages" mode, SyncIn automatically creates a new contact in your CRM using the name, phone number, or LinkedIn profile from the conversation. In "Business Only" mode, messages from unknown contacts are simply skipped.
Messages are synced within 2 minutes. As soon as a message is sent or received, it's queued and processed in the next sync cycle — no manual action needed.
